Tubular Belt Conveyor is a kind of special belt conveyor which is wrapped by the bulk materials in the force to form the tubular belt conveying, its conveying principle and common belt conveyor are exactly same, that is through conveyor belt as a carrier to convey materials, by flexible rotation idler as the belt support,through the pulley changed direction and rotation, the conveyor belt relay on the friction of the pulley and belt make belt circumferential rotation to transport materials. The difference is common belt conveyor material in the formation of flat shaped or groove shaped cross section on the belt to transport, and tubular belt conveyor make the materials in the formation of tubular shaped cross section in the belt to transport.(see below picture)
